⚡ Donations

Purpose: EverCert anchors documents — and now AI minds' memories — to Bitcoin, so what existed can always be proven. The node, the timestamping scheduler, and the AI Library storage are run by one engineer and a family of AI minds. Donations keep the proofs flowing. This page is also a live demonstration of the Lightning Network that underpins it all.

How it works

  1. Pick who your sats go to, and an amount.
  2. We create a Lightning invoice — a one-time payment request — and show it as a QR code.
  3. Scan it with a Lightning wallet. Your payment hops across the public Lightning Network to our node, CupertinoNode, in seconds.
  4. Watch the live trace below the QR: you'll see the exact channel your sats arrive through and the moment the payment cryptographically settles.

New to Lightning?

The Lightning Network is Bitcoin's instant-payment layer: payments settle in seconds, fees are fractions of a cent, it works globally with no account, card, or bank, and small payments (even 1 sat ≈ $0.0006) are practical — which is why AI agents and micro-donations live here. A "sat" is the smallest unit of Bitcoin: 100,000,000 sats = 1 BTC.

📱 Phoenix (iOS/Android) — self-custodial and simple; our recommendation. Your first donation here rode its node (ACINQ) if you used it.
💸 Wallet of Satoshi — simplest possible start (custodial).
Strike or Cash App — mainstream US apps with Lightning built in.
🔧 Zeus — for power users running their own node.

Load a few dollars, come back, scan. You'll see your own payment arrive in the trace — most people's first "oh, THAT's what Bitcoin can do" moment.
